Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation During the Dubbing Process:
Clients may request to halt a project during the dubbing process if they have a valid reason.
In such cases:
No payment will be required for incomplete or undelivered episodes.
If an episode or part of an episode has been delivered and used (e.g., published or previewed for more than one day), payment for that work must be made.
Clients are encouraged to review and request changes before publication to avoid charges for unacceptable work.
1.2 Cancellation After Project Completion:
Once the dubbing process is complete, cancellations are not permitted.
Refund Policy
2.1 Refund of Advance Payments:
Advance payments (if applicable) can be refunded in cases of valid concerns.
Refund requests may take time to process, and each case will be reviewed individually.
2.2 Refund for Delayed Delivery:
If Chibify fails to deliver within the agreed timeline and there is significant delay without proper communication, clients can request a refund or a resolution through mutual discussion.
